Boston: Emergency evacuation from the burned subway is carried out on a bridge on the outskirts of the US Boston on Friday.

About 200 people must be evacuated out of the train, said the authorities. While most of them fled through the train window, a woman jumped into the Mystic River below.

After the preliminary inspection, the authorities found that the metal sheet, or side panels, on the vehicle, seemed to be in contact with the third rail, turning on the material under the car.

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) said, “This morning, the orange train reported the fire & smoke coming from the head of its head when traveling across the bridge between Wellington & Assembly Station … We will be transparent with our findings and willingness to provide updates when available. “

Reports and videos of people jumping out of the train window to save themselves have appeared on Twitter. No one was injured in the incident, according to the New York Times, and the woman who jumped into the river refused medical attention.

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority said that the regular function in the orange path had been continued.
