UK sanctions following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine

Britain and our international partners have introduced the most severe sanctions ever worn in any main economy in responding to Russian aggression against Ukraine.

Britain has increased sanctions against Russia in a sustainable way in response to its aggression in Ukraine. We have coordinated our actions closely with our allies around the world.

Large banks agreed upon including the Bank of Moscow Credit and Credit, and transferred banks selected from the Swift International Payment System -paralyzing the Putin access regime to Finance

Approved defense sector organizations, and prohibit critical technology exports-paralyzing the development of the Russian military industry for years to come.

Planned to remove Russian oil imports at the end of the year – seize Putin’s government to access profitable oil revenue.

Stops Russian aircraft from flying or landing in the British and prohibiting their ships from our port – cutting Russia from the international community  .
