Taliban Holds Talks With Western Diplomats In Norway, Raise Matter Of Int’l Recognition

In the midst of the deteriorating humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan, a Taliban delegation led by Foreign Minister while Amir Khan Muttaqi on Sunday had begun three days of discussions in the Oslo Summit with Western Diplomats and members of Afghan Civil Society.
