Actor Kamal R Khan, also known as KRK, was arrested in Mumbai on Tuesday morning. According to the police, KRK was arrested in the case of his controversial social media posts in 2020.Kamal Khan was arrested after he landed at Mumbai Airport on Tuesday. He was presented at the Borivali Mumbai court today.

This case was submitted on the basis of complaints by leader Yuva Sena Rahul Kanal on April 30, 2020, where he accused that the KRK tweet in the late actor, Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor, who allegedly spread “hatred”.

Rahul Kanal said in his complaint that KRK regularly spread hatred on social media.He came to Bollywood with a film called ‘Deshdrohi’ and really acted like that. Even when the world was experiencing pandemic, I could not understand his inhuman behavior and spread hatred in all fields of life,” he said.

The complainant said KRK made a full comment of the late actor, Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor.After Irrfan Khan, who was the pride of India, died, he made a claim and bad statement to him. He also spoke of garbage about senior actor of the late Rishi Kapoor as well,” he said in a complaint.

He also said that KRK did not exist in the country and asked PM Modi to submit a case against him.This person is definitely not in our country. I want to urge our prime minister to kindly register cases against him under the section:- 505, 504, 501, 188, 117, 121 and 153 (A) from the Criminal Code India (IPC), Thus giving an example for everyone to be followed, “said the complainant.
